Tasting Room

The best way to purchase Fenestra wines and merchandise is to come out and visit! The tasting room is open every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 12-5 PM. Here you can taste wines inside the winery surrounded by wine aging in barrels, and in the company of Fenestra Fanatics, our immensely loyal and enthusiastic members of Fenestra’s Wine Club. A creek and vineyard edge the shaded picnic area. The ambiance is that of no-frills, country winery where the owners greet every visitor as a welcome guest, and the guests soon become old friends. Starting Oct. 15, 2011, and in order to make visiting the Fenestra Tasting Room a more pleasurable experience for guests, and make it equally enjoyable for staff and volunteers, we are instituting the following changes:

Specially selected wines will be available in flights:

• “Wine Lover” flight, a selection of wines for a $5.00 flight
• “Connoisseur” flight, a different selection wines for a $10.00 flight

Members of our Fenestra Fanatics do not have to pay for tasting fee for either flight. Five dollars ($5) of the Connoisseur flight fee is refundable on a minimum purchase of $15. Okay for couples to split & share flights (e.g.: one tries the "Wine Lovers" flight & the other has the "Connoisseur", where the couple shares each flight. The wines that are available for each flight will vary from time to time and will be listed at the winery.

WINE BY THE GLASS!

Ever been at the winery and wanted a glass of wine to sit outside by creek and enjoy the beautiful Livermore Valley countryside? Now Fenestra is offering wine by the glass at our tasting room. Price for a glass ranges from $4-7/glass depending of the original price of the corresponding bottle of wine.

Prices:

Wines where the bottle price is up to $15 = $4/glass
Wines where the bottle price is up to $20 = $5/glass
Wines where the bottle price is over $20 = $6/glass
Premium wines (bottle price is over $30) = $7/glass

Shipping Charges

Note: The only states we can ship are listed below. Legislation restricting inter-state shipping is still changing and many more opportunities to ship to states formerly forbidden are opening up.

We have not raised our shipping prices since January 1999. However, UPS has raised their rates yearly. We are now adjusting our charges to reflect current UPS rates. Please see the chart on the order form. Please contact Fenestra if interested in FedEx shipping.

There are big changes happening in the direct shipment world every day. We have added the following states that we can ship to: AZ, FL (consumer must pay sales tax to FL directly), and ID. Certain restrictions may apply so call or e-mail for more details. If you reside in a state not mentioned on the order form, please contact us for an update on shipping availability. Note that most states allow shipments from onsite purchases, which means that if you are vacationing here, and purchase our wine, we could ship it back home. Please contact us for more information.
