Fran and Lanny Replogle of Fenestra Winery invite the public to celebrate the Memorial Day weekend with a day in the country, a picnic on the lawn, and to taste their outstanding wines. The “Spring Fling” takes place on May 24, 25 & 26th, 2008 from noon – 5pm. This event will be held at Fenestra Winery, 83 Vallecitos Road in Livermore. Each white wine will also be on sale for this weekend only and there is no charge for the event.

Winemaker Brent Amos takes great pride in introducing Fenestra’s new white releases: the popular 2007 Verdelho, Lodi; the 2007 Sauvignon Blanc, Livermore; the refreshing 2007 Semillon, Livermore; the unique 2007 Torrontes, Lodi; and the tasty 2007 White Riesling, Arroyo Seco. The new red wine releases will include: the 2005 Estate Mourvedre, Livermore; the 2005 Tempranillo, Lodi; and the bold 2005 Estate Syrah, Livermore.

“The ‘Spring Fling’ is a very popular event,” says Fran Replogle. “Our customers look forward to tasting the new wines and like to take advantage of all our whites being on sale for this weekend only. It’s a great time to stock up for the summer!”

DIRECTIONS: From I-680 north, take the East Hwy-84 exit (towards Livermore) and go six miles. Turn right at the light for Vallecitos Road and Fenestra is the first driveway on the left. From I-580, take the Airway Blvd (Hwy 84 west) exit and go south on Airway Blvd. Turn right at Kitty Hawk, which later becomes Isabel Ave. Continue down Isabel Ave. until you get to the Vallecitos Road traffic light and turn left. Fenestra is the first driveway on the left.
