2006 Crush
This picture shows the crusher-stemmer and bin dumper in action. Grapes are preapred for crushing by dumping a half ton of grapes from the bin dumper into the hopper of the crusher-stemmer. The grapes are crushed and the juice/skins are dumped into a receiving bin below. The stems are spun out the front of the crusher-stemmer.
